Process

Step 1: Onboarding

Get started by signing up for a consultation. You’ll receive a detailed questionnaire designed to help us understand your needs and goals. The more thorough you are, the better we can customize your coaching experience.

Step 2: Consultation

After sharing the questionnaire on the following email address: Jaysonghanem@gmail.com A time slot will be agreed on for a 30-minute online call with your future coach to discuss, how to start your new fitness journey with online coaching.

Step 3: Client Master File

We’ll set up your personalized client master file on Google Drive, which will serve as your coaching hub. Here, you’ll find your training dashboard, guidance documents, measurement sheets, and a media folder for your training videos. Drive storage is included in your plan, ensuring that your photos and videos are securely backed up. This is crucial for tracking your progress and staying motivated.

Step 4: Kick-off Call

With your client master file ready, we’ll schedule a kick-off call to walk you through your training dashboard. We’ll answer any questions you have, set clear goals for your first training block, and provide tips to optimize your online coaching journey.

Step 5: Execution
